Centre Details:
Our Academy Training Centre is located at Brockenhurst College on their brand new, state-of-the-art 4G Football pitch. With exclusive use of the entire new 4G pitch, all of our sessions will now run on Wednesday evenings, to create The Academy Centre.
Players from Under-10 to Under-13 attend these sessions to develop and enhance their skills individually with our Masterclass Sessions. These are designed to elevate your game through focused, in-depth coaching, centred on Ball Mastery. Each session is meticulously crafted around the individual player, ensuring personalised attention and development. The NFFA way is all about enhancing your skills in order to provide you with the best platform and opportunity for success alongside your current football commitments.
A significant feature for the up-coming season is the NFFA Emerging Talent List. Our Academy Coaches will recommend their top performers within their age group. These players details will be added to our Emerging Talent list and sent to the Head of Academy Recruitment at AFC Bournemouth as part of our Academy partnership. Our top performers in each age phase will also be put forward to participate in termly fixtures and festivals at each age group against AFC Bournemouth Academy.
Our new Home-learning element to our Academy Centre is related to our Ball Mastery content. Each week, a Ball Mastery skill will be assigned to the players, who then have the following week to practice at home. Each skill will be made readily available as a video to players and parents via Spond.
As part of our Academy partnership, senior AFCB Recruitment Staff regularly attend these sessions to monitor players throughout our programme, giving players the best exposure of being seen by Professional Football Academies.
Players wishing to join our Academy Centre will need to complete a trial session prior to signing up. Please complete the trial application below to arrange your child's trial session.
