Collection: Academy Development Centres

Our Academy Development Centres, offer weekly training venues that provide each player with a clear pathway following our successful NFFA way. This has enabled over 60 players to acquire the necessary tools to sign contracts at Professional Premier League Clubs. Our Training Centres begin with our regionalised Technical Development Centres, allowing players from Under-5 to Under-16 to attend as individuals, following our NFFA DNA Coaching Syllabus. Players that excel in these sessions progress into our centralised High Performance Centre, designed for players looking to continue their development at a level to achieve their full potential. Players will finally progress into our Elite Development Centre, where they will be eligible for our Player Showcase fixtures with AFC Bournemouth, Southampton FC & other Pro Academies. Senior Recruitment Staff often attend these sessions to monitor players throughout the programme, giving our players the best exposure of being seen by Professional Football Academies.
