Are you or someone you know aged 14 or above, with a keen interest in pursuing a career in sport? We want to hear from you, as we are currently adding to our new group of Young Coaches for the current season!

Benefits of joining our Young Coaches Programme...

Attain an Assistant Coach Role at our Academy Development Centres, where you will learn from our highly experienced Lead Academy Coaches.
Opportunities to receive paid coaching hours at our Holiday Football Courses & Saturday Soccer School.
Network with other like minded individuals and meet industry professionals at organisations such as AFC Bournemouth Academy.
Guidance and mentoring towards completing coaching qualifications such as FA Introduction to Coaching (Level 1) & UEFA C Licence (Level 2).
