We understand that plans can change during the holidays, and we're happy to help with booking amendments where possible! 😊
Please note the following conditions for any day swap:
💷 £5 Administration Fee – Applies to all booking changes to cover the administration time involved in processing the high volume of requests we receive.
⏰ Minimum 72 Hours' Notice – All day swap requests must be received at least 48 hours before your original booked session.
📅 Current Holiday Camp Only – Day swaps can only be made within your current booked holiday camp. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer days to future holiday camps later in the year.
📝 Important: Please clearly state your original booking date and the new date requested in the appropriate fields.
